Return/Refund Policy

POLICY RETURN DEADLINE:

Our policy lasts 30 days. If 30 days have passed since your purchase, unfortunately, we can’t offer you a refund or exchange. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition as when you received it. It must also be in the original packaging. We accept returns of used items only if the product was defective or damaged before it was delivered to you.

RETURNS (IF APPLICABLE):

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.

  

LATE OR MISSING REFUNDS (IF APPLICABLE):

If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.

Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted. If you’ve done all of this and you still have not received your refund yet, please use the Contact Us the top of the page and send us an email. We will reply within 24 hours of hearing from you.

   

RETURNING DAMAGED OR DEFECTIVE ITEMS:

We only replace items free of charge, including the shipping cost, if we send you the wrong item, of if they were defective or damaged before being delivered to you. To help you return the item, we can either send you a free return label via email, or you can send the product directly to us, and we will compensate you for the return shipping cost. If you need to exchange it for the same item, please send us an email by clicking "Contact Us" at the top of this page.

We make sure to answer all emails within a 24 hour time frame.

 
ORDERED WRONG ITEM OR NO LONGER WANT THE ITEM.

If you no longer want the item or have ordered the wrong item, you can return it to us within 30 days, provided it is in brand new condition. You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. We can assist you with the returns label. but the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.

SHIPPING:

To return your product please email us for instructions we will answer your email within 24 hours.  To help you return items, we can either send you a free return label via email or you can send the product directly to us, and we will compensate you for the return shipping cost.
