You can return items within 30 days of your purchase date. After 30 days, unfortunately, we cannot offer a refund or exchange.

- Items must be new, unused, and in the original packaging.
- We do not accept used items unless they were received defective or damaged.

If your item arrives defective, damaged, or incorrect, we're happy to exchange it for the same item at no additional cost.

💳 Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, you’ll be notified by email. If approved, your refund will be processed and applied to your original payment method within 5 business days.
⏳ Missing or Delayed Refunds
If you haven’t received your refund yet:

- Contact your credit card provider—it may take time before the refund appears.
- If you’ve done the above and still need help, reach out to us. We reply within 24 hours.
