📦 Return Window

You can return items within 30 days of your purchase date. After 30 days, unfortunately, we cannot offer a refund or exchange.

✅ Return Eligibility

  • Items must be new, unused, and in the original packaging.
  • We do not accept used items unless they were received defective or damaged.

🔁 Exchanges

If your item arrives defective, damaged, or incorrect, we're happy to exchange it for the same item at no additional cost.

To begin a return, please contact us. We respond to all inquiries within 24 hours.

  • For defective, damaged, or incorrect items: We’ll email you a free return label.
  • For unwanted or wrongly ordered items:  We’ll email you a free return label.

💳 Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, you’ll be notified by email. If approved, your refund will be processed and applied to your original payment method within 5 business days.

⏳ Missing or Delayed Refunds

If you haven’t received your refund yet:

  1. Double-check your bank account.
  2. Contact your credit card provider—it may take time before the refund appears.
  3. If you’ve done the above and still need help, reach out to us. We reply within 24 hours.

🚚 Return Shipping

Please email us before sending any items back. We’ll give you the correct return address and instructions.
